Do I have to book online, or can I just turn up?

We always recommend booking in advance as our sessions can sell out, especially during weekends and school holidays. However, if we have space we are are happy to take walk-ins during our set session times.

Question 2

Can I bring my own food and drink?

As a small family business, we ask that customers kindly do not consume their own food and drink on the premises. We have a lovely little café onsite which you are welcome to utilise during your visit.

Question 3

Where can I park my car?

Accepted Answer

We have an onsite carpark for customers to use, which is accessed via Sandywood Street.

Our carpark is shared with All Nations Church and Keighley DIY. Generally, there should be plenty of spaces, however, you may occasionally find that the carpark is full (e.g. if an event is running at the church). If you cannot find space in our carpark, Scott Street carpark is only a 2 minute walk away. Parking at Scott Street costs £1 per hour and is free on Sundays.

Question 4

What if I'm late for my session?

You are welcome to arrive at any time during your booked session. However, you will still need to leave at the end of the session time, as we close between sessions to clean and tidy the play areas.

Question 5

What if I can't make my session?

Accepted Answer

All bookings are non-refundable. Bookings can be transferred to an alternate date with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please login to your Bookwhen account to transfer your tickets. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee transfers with less than 24 hours notice. However, if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please do still let us know ASAP and we will do our best to re-sell your space. If we are able to re-sell the space to another customer at short notice, we would then be able to transfer your booking.

Question 6

What age is the play village suitable for?

We welcome children of all ages. We believe that children from walking up to around 7 years get the most from our play areas, however, if your child still enjoys imaginative play then they are most welcome to come along at any age.

Question 7

How many adults can I bring along?

Accepted Answer

We generally allow a maximum of two adults per child for most sessions. If you wish to bring more adults, please contact us first.
